About Ruth Ann Syrell-Rock

Ruth Ann has been an avid participant in natural health and healing for over 50 years. In addition to working as an R.N. in medical field since 1956 she has always been interested in learning about health foods, natural remedies, homeopathy, herbs, essential oils, Bach flower remedies, massage, Reiki, and reflexology and many other health practices. In addition to her self studies she has also taken numerous certification courses in related fields.

She has been involved in the Human Potential Movement for over 25 years, and in that time has produced, facilitated and coordinated seminars in communication, personal development and contemporary rites of passage for adults, teens and children. She has four grown children, seven grandchildren and cares deeply about balancing health & beauty and building community.
